I will serve as your guide as you strengthen your emotional well-being, improve self-care and self-love, and enhance boundaries & respect within your relationships. If you are interested in narcissistic abuse recovery, I am trained in NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder and understand the severity of pain that can occur from being in a relationship with someone with NPD.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Southern California, who has over 13 years experience counseling individuals, couples and families. I am LGBTQ+ allied. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I am a member of American Psychological Association (APA), California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), and Kink Aware Professionals (KAP).
